To check how many Incident credits you have:
- Login to the LeftBrain Support Portal using your work email address.
- Click on New ticket and you'll find your remaining incidents at the bottom of the page.
Dependant on your plan, you'll have a certain number of Incident credits available to use each month.
If you're all out of credits up, you can still log an Incident. This is called an Out of Plan Incident.
For each out-of-plan incident, you can opt to have a fee of £120/incident added to your next invoice. You’ll be prompted to confirm each time before any charges are added. The fee includes as much time as you need to get that incident resolved: whether it’s 5 minutes or 5 days.
