What do I do if I've run out of incident credits?

You can wait until your subscription renews and your incident quota is reset.

Alternatively, you can request and out of plan Incident which will incur a flat fee of £120 ex VAT to escalate any ticket into an Incident. You'll be given option to do this either via the new ticket form online or you'll be prompted by our engineers.

Response times are calculated from the time of escalation, not the from the of the time original request.
